01About ZenoxTV and these terms
ZenoxTV ("Zenox", "we", "us") runs an IPTV subscription service at zenoxtv.com. IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) means live TV channels and on-demand films and series are delivered over your broadband, instead of through a satellite dish or cable box.
These Terms of Service ("terms") form an agreement between you and ZenoxTV. By creating an account, starting a free trial, buying a plan or using the service in any way, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of them.
02Who can use ZenoxTV
To open a ZenoxTV account you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
- give your real name, a working email address and a phone number you can be reached on;
- hold only one personal account, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example a reseller account).
You are responsible for anyone in your household who watches through your account, including making sure children only watch suitable content. Most player apps let you set a parental PIN.
03What your IPTV subscription includes
Every ZenoxTV plan gives you the same full service. The only difference between plans is how long they last and the price per month.
- 15,000+ live channels from the UK and around the world, including entertainment, news, kids, documentaries and sport.
- 30,000+ films and series on demand.
- Picture quality in 4K, Full HD and HD where the source is available.
- A 7-day TV guide (EPG) and catch-up on selected channels.
- Access through an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes login or a MAG portal, which you use in the player app of your choice.
Channel line-ups and the on-demand library change over time as sources are added, moved or withdrawn. We work to keep the service complete, but we cannot promise that any single channel, event or title will always be available.
Player apps (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or IBO Player) are made by other companies. We help you set them up through our setup guides, but we are not responsible for how those apps work or what they charge.
04Plans, prices and payment
We currently offer 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans and a one-off 6-year Ultimate plan. Current prices are shown in pounds sterling on our plans page and at checkout, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Your plan starts as soon as your login details are issued, which is normally within minutes of payment.
- Payment is taken in full, in advance, using one of the methods shown at checkout. We never ask for card details by chat or email.
- If we change our prices, the new price only applies from your next renewal. It never changes a plan you have already paid for.
- Invoices, renewals and your login details are always available in your client area.
Renewals
Auto-renew is optional. If you switch it on, your plan renews at the end of each period at the price shown in your client area. You can switch it off at any time and your current plan simply runs to its end date. If you do not renew, your access stops when the plan expires.
05The free 24-hour IPTV trial
New customers can take one free 24-hour trial with full access to every channel and the on-demand library. No card is needed.
- One trial per person, household, device and IP address.
- The trial ends automatically after 24 hours. Nothing is charged and nothing renews.
- We may refuse or cancel trials that look automated, duplicated or abusive.
We strongly recommend using the free trial on your own TV and broadband before buying a plan. It is the best way to check picture quality and stability at home.
06Cancellations and refunds
Because your IPTV login is delivered straight away, at your request, a plan cannot be "returned" once it is in use. We do refund in the situations set out in our Refund Policy, for example when the service does not work and our support team cannot fix it.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
07Connections and fair use
Each standard plan includes one connection: one device can stream at a time. You can install your login on as many of your own devices as you like and switch between them.
To keep the service fast and stable for everyone, you must not:
- share, sell, publish or give away your login, M3U link or portal details;
- stream on more devices at once than your plan allows;
- re-broadcast, restream or record content to share it with others;
- use bots, scrapers or scripts against our servers, or try to get round connection limits, for example with proxies;
- use the service for any commercial or public showing, such as in a pub, shop or gym, without a written agreement with us.
A VPN for your own privacy is fine. Using one to break these rules is not. If we see a breach, we may warn you, limit your connections or suspend the account.
08Using the service lawfully
IPTV is a delivery technology, the same way broadcasters use the internet for their own apps. You agree to use ZenoxTV only for your own private viewing and in line with the laws and licensing rules that apply where you live and watch.
The programmes, logos and trademarks shown in player apps belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to copy, sell or redistribute them.
09Reseller accounts
If you sell Zenox subscriptions to your own customers through our reseller panel, these terms apply to you and to every line you create. In addition:
- you are responsible for your customers and for supporting them in the first instance;
- credits are prepaid and are not refundable once they have been used to create or extend a line;
- you must not use the Zenox or ZenoxTV name in a way that suggests your business is ours.
10Service availability and internet speed
We run load-balanced servers and monitor them around the clock, but no internet service can promise 100% uptime. Short interruptions can happen during maintenance, upstream problems or very high demand. We fix problems as quickly as we can and post larger updates on our news page.
Your own connection matters too. We recommend:
| Picture | Suggested speed |
|---|---|
| HD | 15 Mbps or more |
| Full HD and 4K | 25 Mbps or more, ideally on a wired or 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection |
Buffering caused by a slow line, weak Wi-Fi, an older device or your internet provider is not a fault in our service, but our support team will always help you get the best picture you can.
11Your account and login security
Keep your client area password, login codes and IPTV login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it may be compromised. If you think someone else has your details, contact support straight away and we will reset them.
We will never ask for your password or a login code by chat, phone or email. Login codes we email you work once and expire after 10 minutes.
12Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using ZenoxTV at any time by switching off auto-renew and letting your plan run out, or by asking us to close your account.
We may suspend or close an account, without a refund, if it breaks these terms, for example by sharing logins, abusing trials, using fraudulent payment details or raising an unfounded chargeback. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
13Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of us, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plan affected.
We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for problems with your own devices, internet connection or third-party apps, or for any business losses, as the service is for private use only.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our service, prices or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. If a change has a real effect on you, we will tell you by email or in your client area before it applies. If you do not agree, you can switch off auto-renew and stop using the service at the end of your current plan.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Before taking any formal step, please contact us: most problems are solved quickly through a support ticket.
